My girls have been going to Healthy Steps since they were newborns. The walk-in hours in the mornings are a game changer for a working parent. I love the friendly front desk and MA’s. All of the Doctor and NPs are very nice. We usually see Dr Miller for my daughter’s well-checks we love her. She makes my kids feel so welcoming and she’s always hearing my concerns for my girls. If you live on the other side of town, the drive to Healthy Steps will be so worth it! You won’t regret it :)

After moving from our old town, we continued to drive the 2 hours back to our pediatrician. Our old pediatrician was with us from the birth of our first to our last! She was our family! However, with my kids needing more immediate care, we transitioned to Healthy Steps. And let me tell you… they are PHENOMENAL!! We’ve seen Erin and Jordan and I could not be more pleased with the quality care they provided! They listened to me AND to my kids. That is HUGE for me. They asked questions and were not trying to rush off to the next patient! They cared. Additionally, the practice is very prompt in responding to messages and calls! The front office staff is kind and very caring. I’m so thankful that we now have another place where I am confident that all 4 of my children will receive excellent care!!

This practice has seen my older child for several years and my youngest since birth and we are continuously happy with the care they receive. Front desk is always so helpful and accommodating. We've seen all the providers at this practice and all of them and nursing staff have wonderful bedside manner and are incredibly knowledgeable. My youngest was flagged with markers for a rare genetic disorder at birth and Jordan walked us through all the nerve wracking additional testing and instructions with so much compassion and patience. MsLucy also got my oldest over his screaming fear of shots. I trust their judgement and advice and would recommend them to anyone.

We switched to healthy steps pediatrics because our old pediatrician never had availability when our daughter was sick. The walk-in hours in the mornings are a game changer at this clinic. Furthermore, we have seen multiple providers, and every single one has great bedside manner and really makes the kids comfortable while also making sure they are thorough in letting the parents know what is going on with their kid. We recently started bringing our newborn and they have been so wonderful in checking in on prior concerns from previous visits and making me feel confident and comfortable that my baby is healthy and growing, while also tending to those concerns. I’m just sad I wasn’t able to bring my 5 year old here from the beginning.

I feel absolutely lucky to have given this office a chance ten years ago! Everyone that I have interacted with is a pleasure! Dr. Miller is thorough and meticulous, I trust her judgment and knowledge with both of my girls. She is down to earth and explains in Lahman’s terms to us non medical folks! I recommend Healthy Steps all the time!!
